Terms and Conditions
for 2024 weddings
The booking of the event is only reserved once the client has paid the booking fee of £70 to the makeup artist. The deposit will not be deducted from the total price - it is an upfront fee paid separately to the final bridal invoice. This cannot be refunded if you are closer than 6 months to your wedding date.
Arranging a trial does not reserve the makeup artist’s services for the wedding.
The final invoice is to be paid in full by the client two weeks (14 days) before the wedding.
If you cancel your wedding closer than 6 months to the final day, the makeup artist will be under no obligation to refund any money paid up until point of cancellation, however the client will not be liable for any further payments.
If the booking is directly affected by circumstances beyond the control of the makeup artist every possible endeavour to rectify such situations will be made, however no compensation will be offered on the makeup artist’s part. The client is strongly advised to take out wedding insurance to cover against such situations.
All trials are to be taken place at the salon (BH21 3PB). The client reserves up to 1.5 hour of the make-up artists time.
Please stick to the arranged time table agreed before booking. If any of your bridal party turn up late to bridal prep there may not be time to complete their make-up.
SERVICE
The client shall inform the makeup artist of any issues that may affect the use of any equipment or products. This includes but is not limited to sensitivities, coldsores, allergies and medical conditions. I have a high chair to use for clients, please let me know if for whatever reason someone in your bridal party will not be able to sit in this chair and ensure there is a chair at the venue that they can sit in.
The makeup artist cannot be held liable for any damage or reaction that is incurred due to the client’s failure to inform the artist of any known condition.
The make up artist reserves the right to refuse service to the client or members the party for, but not limited to, infectious conditions / abusive and threatening behaviour.
You agree that your booking will be at least four adults, if a member of your bridal party drops out you will still be required to pay for a booking of four adults.
You understand and agree that perfect make-up application is a two way street and are open to suggests about skincare and beauty enhancements (eye brow waxing/tinting, derma plane). The make-up can be greatly enhanced if you look after and invest in your skin in the build up to your wedding.
By financially securing your deposit you accept these terms and conditions.
