Please read the following Terms and Conditions before paying your deposit.

Booking & Payments

Your wedding date is only secured once I have received your £100 deposit. This amount is deducted from your final balance. Your trial is to be paid for on the day via card or cash. This allows the booking to be paid in stages.

The deposit is non-refundable. However, if your wedding is cancelled or postponed, I am happy for you to redeem the £100 against other services at my salon, such as make-up appointments or lash treatments.

Please be aware that arranging a bridal trial does not reserve my availability for your wedding day. Your date is only confirmed once your deposit has been received.

Your final balance is due on the 1st of the month, the month before your wedding. For example, if your wedding is on 21st July, your remaining balance will be due on 1st June.

Cancellations & Changes

In the unlikely event that circumstances beyond my control affect my ability to fulfil your booking, I will make every reasonable effort to find a suitable solution. I know around 30 make-up artists that I could ask to cover me. In 11 years I have never not attended a wedding.

I strongly recommend taking out wedding insurance to protect yourself against unexpected cancellations or disruptions for not just myself but all wedding suppliers as I am not under obligation to refund any payments made if I cannot attend in emergency situations.

Bridal Trials

All bridal trials take place at my salon in Corfe Mullen, BH21 3PB.

I allocate up to 90 minutes for your bridal trial, giving us plenty of time to discuss your preferences, explore your chosen style and perfect your bridal look. Please ensure you follow the steps required to make the most of your trial. It is beneficial to both of us that you take time to get the most of this appointment. You can book a consultation call on my booking system if you want help preparing,

Please remember that booking a trial does not automatically secure your wedding date.

Wedding Morning Timings

I carefully plan your wedding morning schedule to ensure everyone has enough time for their make-up application without feeling rushed.

I allocate approximately 60 minutes for the bride and 40 minutes per additional adult.

Please ensure everyone in your bridal party is ready at their allocated appointment time. If someone arrives late or is unavailable when scheduled, I may not have sufficient time to complete their make-up. We will together create a schedule for the morning, please get this schedule to everyone included so they can show up on time.

Health, Allergies & Safety

Please inform me in advance of any allergies, sensitivities, cold sores, skin conditions or medical conditions that may affect your make-up application or the products I use.

I use a professional high make-up chair for appointments. If you or anyone in your bridal party is unable to sit comfortably or safely in this chair, please let me know beforehand so that suitable seating can be arranged at your venue.

I cannot accept responsibility for reactions or complications arising from known conditions that have not been disclosed to me.

I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a service where there is a risk of infection, a health or safety concern, or abusive or threatening behaviour.

If a member of your bridal party cancels or is no longer having their make-up done, the original booking value will still apply.

Where possible, I am happy to use the additional time for an extended bridal make-up experience, including luxury skincare products from my facial range, so that you can still enjoy the value of your booking.

Preparing Your Skin

Beautiful bridal make-up starts with well-prepared skin, and I want to help you achieve the very best results for your wedding day.

I may recommend skincare routines or additional beauty treatments, such as brow waxing, tinting or dermaplaning, depending on your individual needs.

While these treatments are entirely optional, following a consistent skincare routine in the months leading up to your wedding can make a noticeable difference to how smoothly your make-up applies and how beautifully it wears.

By paying your £100 booking fee, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
