Cancellation Policy
Life happens. I get it. Hey, I might even be the one texting you to change your appointment one day. I like to keep things very casual because generally I have very good client retention and this isn’t really an issue for me. This isn’t like getting a filling, people actually want their lashes done so tend not to miss their appointments!
You can change or cancel your appointment online up to 48 hours before your booking.
If your appointment is within 48 hours, please text me on 07538824621. This helps me keep track of last-minute changes properly.
WHY THERE'S A FEE
Prior to 48 hours, usually someone else will come along and fill your slot then its yay for them to get a beauty treatment and yay for me as I still get paid. With last minute cancellations I'm often sat in the salon, unpaid, and waiting. This is only mildly frustrating, so don't sweat it. We can still be besties.
Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a £10 fee which keeps me not feeling sour about it and hopefully prevents further cancellations.
If you've been sent here, it simply means
"Oops, that slot couldn't be filled."
Please pay the £1o before your next appointment so we're all square.
